This was a 200,000 Sq Ft Industrial project.
A very large and detailed project here started with pressure washing over 3 large industrial buildings.
Patching and caulking were completed. Plastering was also involved on some walls. Scrap and sanding were completed to a smooth finish.
Priming was required on all 3 buildings before exterior painting was done, and special coatings were applied so that long term maintenance will not be required.
Regular Dunn Edwards paint was used for exact match of the existing color of the buildings.
