Included here were the lobby and corridors. We repainted all the walls from floor to ceiling, replaced the old carpet with all new flooring, and upgraded the fixtures.
The Cybercafe looked equally aesthetically pleasing. Giving guests in this lovely building a quiet place to recharge and enjoy getting online in a private environment. Installing large newly designed tables and chairs enables one to sit for lengthy periods of time. We also had portable windows put up to separate each table making it more of a private area for those that like to stay out of view.

Finally, we finished with the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse was of particular importance to us to attract guests and tenants by bringing everyone together. While allowing the Clubhouse to remain functioning for everyone during construction, we did this in steps. Starting with the kitchen, we upgraded cabinets along with brand-new stainless-steel appliances including a stove in which to cook when entertaining.

We repainted and installed new flooring throughout the clubhouse giving it a more of a home ambience. Adding a brand-new Flat Screen TV to the wall for comfort with couches to rest comfortably.

We also updated the restrooms in the clubhouse repainting and replacing tile, fixtures, sinks, and faucets.
